Pre-shrunk poly cotton blend for excellent feel and performance. Longer with tapered cut so the shirt doesn't pull out. If you not crazy about how 100% polyester looks or feels but do like the moisture control of polyester, this is a good option. The fabric has a linen cotton look and feel. Super comfortable with a little bit more substance to it. It has a tapered fit that let's say is a little less forgiving around the waist.
The size runs true. I'm 6'3", 215 lbs. in reasonably good shape. I wear XL
